Norita O’Donoghue

With over 7 years ‘experience, Norita is a qualified HR professional with a proven track record of ensuring HR best practice is applied across a company.

In her role as HR Manager, Norita works closely with the partner group in developing and implementing the firm’s people management strategies at both a strategic and operational level.

Norita is also responsible for managing and developing the Firm’s Outsourced HR Consultation Service.

Norita’s key areas of responsibility are managing organisational development, change management, employee relations, recruitment, employee training and development, performance management and employee wellness.

Prior to joining the firm, Norita spent 6 years working for a multinational technology company managing all aspects of HR in multiple sites across Europe.

Norita has a Masters in Industrial Relations and Human Resource Management and joined Crowleys DFK in 2017.
