Paula is Assistant Manager in our HR Department.

She works closely with the Partner group in developing and implementing the firm’s people management strategies at both a strategic and operational level and has a proven track record of ensuring HR best practice is applied across the firm.

Paula is also responsible for managing and developing the Firm’s Outsourced HR Consultation Service.

Her key areas of expertise include recruitment and selection, performance management, compensation and benefits, training and development, employee wellness and implementing employee centric initiatives.

Paula manages the Wellbeing agenda in Crowleys DFK and led the project team in achieving the Ibec KeepWell Mark accreditation in 2020 and reaccreditation in 2022.

Paula joined the firm in 2017 and was promoted to Assistant Manager in 2023. Paula is CIPD qualified and has a Masters in International Management and Global Business.
