Colette is Head of our Finance and People & Culture departments at Crowleys DFK, providing leadership across both internal functions. In this role, she supports the firm’s continued growth through strong financial leadership and oversight, while shaping people strategy and ensuring the firm is well positioned to deliver on its strategic objectives.

Colette previously served as Partner in Accounting & Financial Advisory, advising SME and owner-managed businesses on financial strategy, management reporting, and business planning. She has a strong track record in strategic development and organisational growth, which now informs her leadership across finance and people.

She plays a central role in firm-wide decision-making, helping to align financial and people priorities with the firm’s long-term direction.

Colette joined Fitzsimons Flynn & Co. in 1997 and was appointed Partner in 2004, becoming the youngest female Partner in Ireland at the time. Following the firm’s merger with Crowleys DFK in 2006, she has continued to contribute to the firm’s development. She is a Fellow of Chartered Accountants Ireland.
