Jocelyn is a Senior Manager in our Public Sector & Government Services Department.

With extensive experience in financial reporting, internal controls and financial management, Jocelyn delivers high-quality accounting services to our public sector clients.

Jocelyn also has specific expertise in the areas of of grant audits and 3rd party beneficiaries audit. She has worked with a number of agencies in auditing agencies receiving Exchequer funding and to assess if grants were made in line with eligibility rules of the particular programme and whether grantees have used funding provided for the purposes it was intended. She leads on many of the firm’s Public Sector & Government Services Department’s business advisory assignments in the areas of Grant Awards – Follow the Money audits, EU Framework grant certification audits and DPER Circular 13/2014 Grant Audits.

Jocelyn joined the firm in 2020 and was promoted to Senior Manager in 2025. She is a Chartered Accountant.
