Ciara is a Director in our Tax Services Department.

Specialising in Employment Taxes and Global Mobility, Ciara has extensive experience advising clients on the income tax, payroll and social security implications of internationally mobile assignees, cross-border employees and remote workers.

She has significant experience advising family owned businesses and high net worth individuals on succession planning, helping clients navigate the tax implications of transferring wealth and business interests across generations. Ciara regularly advises on inheritance tax considerations for internationally mobile families and cross border estates.

Ciara also supports clients with Revenue audits and interventions, due diligence engagements, global mobility programme reviews, and the structuring and taxation of equity and incentive schemes.

Ciara joined the firm in 2023 and was appointed Director in 2026. She is a Chartered Tax Adviser (CTA) and an Associate of Chartered Accountants Ireland (ACA).
