Múireann is an Assistant Manager in our HR Department.
With responsibility for overseeing HR functions for 150 employees, Múireann manages HR, operations, metrics and reporting, ensuring our people processes run smoothly and efficiently. Múireann’s responsibilities span across employee relations, benefits and salary administration, policy and records management.
Múireann is dedicated to supporting employees throughout their career journey, fostering a positive and inclusive workplace culture. Her expertise extends to learning and development as well as firm-wide training initiatives, and she is dedicated to promoting professional growth, and the ongoing well‑being of our team.
Múireann joined the firm in 2023 and was appointed Assistant Manager in 2026. She is CIPD accredited and holds an MSc in Human Resources Management.
