Paul is an Assistant Manager in our HR Department.

He specialises in full-cycle talent acquisition, early careers recruitment, HR business partnering and learning & development across the Firm. His experience spans across all areas of HR including developing and implementing HR policies, fostering positive employee relations, managing performance, overseeing talent management and the employee lifecycle, driving process improvements, ensuring regulatory compliance and overall HR operations.

Paul leads the learning and development programme within the firm, leading collaborations with external learning and development partners to nurture employee growth and development. His initiatives are designed to support professional advancement and ensure alignment with the Firm goals.

He is deeply committed to the development of early-career professionals through innovative graduate initiatives. As the leader of the Firm’s Graduate Programme, he actively collaborates with professional accounting organisations and sets up comprehensive revision courses to ensure graduates are well-prepared for success. Paul takes great pride in his contributions to this area, consistently striving to create opportunities that support professional advancement and foster future talent.

Paul is dedicated to cultivating a vibrant and healthy workplace by championing sports and social activities to enhance employee wellbeing and strengthen team spirit throughout the Firm.

Paul joined the firm in 2023 and was appointed Assistant Manager in 2026.
