Conor is a Manager in our Accounting & Financial Advisory Department.

As a trusted business adviser, he has assisted many business transformations, transitioning in-house financial processes to an outsourced record-to-report model. Conor is passionate about helping our clients find a technology solution to their financial reporting needs.

He has a proven track record in successfully aligning business strategy with technology solutions to achieve measurable results, improving efficiencies, and allowing management to focus on adding value to their business.

Conor has played a key role in leading Xero implementation projects, helping clients migrate to cloud-based accounting systems that streamline operations and enhance real-time financial visibility. His expertise ensures a smooth transition and optimal configuration tailored to each client’s needs.

In addition, Conor provides fractional CFO services to SMEs, offering strategic financial leadership on a part-time basis. He supports clients with budgeting, forecasting, cash flow management, and financial strategy, empowering them to make informed decisions without the cost of a full-time CFO.

Conor joined the Firm in 2017 and was promoted to Manager in 2023. He is a Chartered Accountant.
