Conor is a Manager in our Public Sector & Government Services Department.

Conor has extensive expertise in public sector financial reporting, financial management, and strategic financial advisory. He provides outsourced accounting support to a range of public sector clients, ensuring robust financial processes and compliance.

Conor also has significant experience conducting grant and third-party beneficiary audits. He has played a key role in assessing grant administration against DPER Circular 13/2014 and EU guidelines, evaluating adherence to grant agreements and the strength of governance and internal controls for organisations receiving public funding.

Conor joined the firm in 2019 and was appointed Manager in 2026. He is a Chartered Accountant.
