Carol is a Senior Manager in our Accounting & Financial Advisory Department.

With over 25 years’ experience, Carol has extensive experience project managing financial advisory assignments for a diverse portfolio of clients. She specialises in providing practical financial accounting advice and transaction support such as business plans, financial projections, project costings, funding and grant applications, budgeting and investor presentations.

Carol provides fractional CFO services to clients who require executive leadership on a temporary or part-time basis. Specialising in strategic planning, operational management and executive decision-making. She provides this service for a number of credit unions to assist with management accounts, annual audit, board reporting and submission of quarterly returns to the Central Bank.

Carol joined the firm in 1998 as a Trainee and qualified as a Chartered Accountant. She left the Firm in 2002 to gain industry experience and returned to Crowleys DFK in 2018. She was promoted to Senior Manager in 2025. She is a Fellow of Chartered Accountants Ireland.
