Declan is an Assistant Manager in our Public Sector & Government Services’ Department.

Declan has a deep understanding of probity and financial governance and corporate governance practices for public sector bodies.

He has extensive experience in leading financial and internal control systems audits for a range of our public sector clients. He also conducts audits in the areas of probity and propriety, Public Spending Code compliance, assets and payroll.

Declan joined the firm in 2018 and was promoted to Assistant Manager in 2023. He is a Chartered Accountant.
